Terms and conditions

1. 1. Shipping and Handling.

   1. 1.1 All deliveries within the UK are FREE and are sent Royal Mail first class delivery. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.
      
      Airmail postage to the Republic of Ireland and EU is £4.50
      
      Airmail postage to rest of the world is £6.50
   2. 1.2 With the free delivery Little Red cannot be held responsible for the package being lost or damaged in the post. If you items are being delivered within the UK and you wish your order to be sent Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery, this option is available when you are checking out. Please note that special delivery must be signed for on arrival.
   3. 1.3 We regret that we are unable to supply courier delivered products other than to an address within the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands). We will deliver the products ordered to the address provided at the time the order is placed. Courier deliveries must be signed for and are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays), normally between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified
   4. 1.4 Please note that Little Red is not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.
   5. 1.5 If your order remains undelivered thirty (30) days after it was received, you should contact us by telephone or email and confirm whether you wish to continue with the order or cancel it. If you choose to cancel your order, in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

2. 2. Delivery.

   1. 2.1 If the product is in stock and is not a bespoke order, all items will be dispatched within 5 working days.
   2. 2.2 For Free delivery: Once dispatched, please allow 5 working days for delivery within the UK and 10 days for orders going to Europe and rest of the world
   3. 2.3 Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery: This is guaranteed to arrive the next day with the UK. But all orders must be signed for on arrival.

3. 3. Cancelling by you.

   1. 3.1 You may cancel your order for any item which is yet to be dispatched. Alternatively, you may ask us to substitute a product, rather than provide you with a refund, but we can only do that if the product you wish to substitute is of equivalent value to the order you are cancelling.
   2. 3.2 Where you cancel an order relating to products which have been purchased using a promotional offer, we will refund the purchase price less the value of any promotional offer amount and applicable charges.
   3. 3.3 However, once an item is dispatched it needs to be returned with a returns number for a full refund to be processed. Please see Refunds section.

4. 4. Canceling by Little Red.

   If we cancel your order for any reason, any sum debited by Little Red from your credit or debit card account will be credited back to your account, in full, as soon as possible.

5. 5. Returns.

   1. 5.1 Should you like to return your item for a full refund. Please contact Little Red on returns@littlereddesigns.co.uk with 5 days, were a returns reference will be issued and our returns address provided. Orders returned without a returns reference will not be processed. Products are returned at your own risk of loss or damage, so you should wrap them securely and we recommend that it is returned using Royal Mail recorded delivery. Products must be returned to us in an unused state. No refund will be given until the item is received by us, or if products are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.
   2. 5.2 However, you cannot return your order if the products ordered by you are customised or made to your personal specifications. Such orders may only be returned if the products are defective and Little Red is notified within 5 days. They may not be returned if damaged in delivery or through normal wear and tear.

6. 6. Promotions.

   On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered of products advertised on the Little Red website may differ from the prices and promotions offered by retail stores stocking our products, and/or third party websites which offer our products to customers online. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on our Website. Similarly, Little Red is under no obligation to honour any Website price or promotion in the event that they differ from those offered anywhere else.

7. 7. Pricing.

   We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

8. 8. Liability.

   Little Red will not be liable for damage, loss or destruction after items have been delivered, or through normal wear and tear.

9. 9. Personal information.

   When you place an order, we collect personal information as part of the online customer registration process, including your name, address, contact details. This information will be held by Little Red, or by our authorised agents, and used to process and fulfil your order and to corroborate your identity. The personal information you have provided will be not be provided to third parties.

10. 10. Security.

    1. 10.1 We understand that you may have concerns about security on the internet. None of your payment details are provided direct to Little Red, all of this is processed by Pay Pal. Please visit www.paypal.co.uk for more information. Little Red only receives your delivery address and if applicable, your email address. This information is use solely to deliver the products to you or to contact you should there are be any issues with your order. This information will not be passed to third parties and will not used for our mailing list unless you personally subscribe to this service.
    2. 10.2 We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by email. We cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by email. Any such loss will not be borne either wholly or partly by us, and will be entirely your responsibility.
